The organization required a responsive, mobile- ready website in a short time frame. The Zinc content, programming, and design teams worked quickly to customize a CMS platform to satisfy the business and marketing needs of HomeUnion.

In addition to a responsive website, HomeUnion needed assistance in establishing their corporate branding, including their logo. The Zinc design team developed the logo, which visually represented growing income through single home real estate investment. They also presented the branding, which included the colors and the angular elements of the website and corporate documentation.

In addition to the online branding and logo, HomeUnion also requested Zinc make tradeshow pieces for upcoming industry shows. The Zinc design and content teams worked together to create tradeshow banners, brochures, and whitepapers. Each of these elements incorporated the branding and logo from the website, and many of these assets became value-add exchange items on the website.

Once the website and print materials were completed, HomeUnion requested Zinc create an application for their service, as well as a User Interface Kit (UI Kit) to keep brand assets uniform and strong. Zinc designers worked with product managers and HomeUnion stakeholders to create a solution that not only satisfied the requirements, but exceeded the expectations of the HomeUnion team and made an easy-to-navigate experience for end users.
