Orange County Web Design Firm Rebrands Leads360 Website

Zinc re-branded Leads360 to Velocify, delivering a demand generation and marketing focused website built on a custom WordPress platform. Zinc programmers tightly integrated the site with the company’s marketing automation solution, Marketo, as well as their core product LeadManager. As a cloud-based sales software provider, Velocify needed an online presence to help deliver improved customer acquisition practices and better sales performance. The site not only gave Velocify these capabilities, but also considerably increased demand generation and lead flow opportunities for the company.

In order to represent Velocify’s position as a growing cloud-based sales software provider, Zinc designed the look and feel of the new site to reflect the straightforward way the company’s software improves business for its clients. Zinc incorporated clean lines, plenty of whitespace, gradients for separation, and large crisp images to display Velocify’s product offerings and solidify their position as a cloud-based software leader.

From the start of the project, the Zinc team worked closely withVelocify (formerly Leads360) knowledge experts to re-engineer the site architecture. The result is an intuitive website that allows customers and prospects to navigate and find information and products in an instinctive way.

As part of the initiative to deliver a marketing focused website, Zinc worked closely with the Velocify marketing team to determine the optimal number of Calls to Action, persuasive headlines, and dynamic buttons to encourage prospects to download whitepapers and other resources. A stylish “light box” element was created to heighten the user experience while converting visitors to leads.

Zinc also integrated the website with Marketo, the company’s marketing automation software, and LeadManager, the company’s cloud-based sales software. By integrating the marketing and sales tools, all forms on the site now correspond with LeadManager and Marketo, resulting in an improved user experience, a closed loop marketing strategy for the Velocify team, an increase in the number of lead to sale conversions, faster response times from the sales team, and an important system of checks and balances to keep the software provider’s website optimized.

Finally, Zinc built the website on a custom WordPress platform with a Velocify theme. By building the backend into WordPress, Zinc provided the company with a fully functional Content Management System that allows managers to work directly on the site in a straightforward, streamlined way. Using WordPress as a solution, Velocify now has a browser-based editor the team can use to easily update content, spending only an hour on what used to take a full day.

If you’re looking for a demand generation focused website to increase online lead flow, we’d love to talk to you.
